Free Registration: The user creates a new account by filling in the required details to get started. Initially, the account status will appear as "Unverified".
Email Verification: Check your inbox and click the verification link. Once completed, your account status changes to "Verified" and you gain access to the back office.
Using Back Office: Take advantage of the user-friendly back office to organize your account and available offers.
Adding Gifts: Enter new gifts along with all relevant details, such as price, category, and availability.
Activation Request: Submit your request so that your status changes from "Verified" to "Pending".
Approval by Franchisee: The Franchisee responsible for your area reviews your information and approves your account. After approval, your status becomes "Activated".
Inventory Management: Monitor your gift availability in real time to avoid commitments on out-of-stock products.
Merchant App Download: Download the OGI for Merchants app and log in with your credentials. All your employees can also install it, while through the back office you can create individual accounts for each one.
Gift Redemption: When a customer arrives, simply scan the QR code or enter the redemption code. The funds are instantly deposited into your wallet, and you hand over the gift.
