How is a businessman notified about the purchase of a gift?

Not notified.

How is the entrepreneur paid? With the purchase or upon receipt of the gift?

Upon receipt of the gift, transfer the amount to the entrepreneur's backoffice, from where he can request a withdrawal to his own account.

If payment is made upon receipt, how can a product leave the business without a receipt being issued and the entrepreneur not having received the money yet?

A zero coupon redemption receipt is issued for the product and then a retail receipt is issued to the person who paid for the gift.

Does the entrepreneur pay VAT on the entire amount of the gift?

No. For example, for a €100 gift, he will receive a €100 receipt, but the platform will invoice him for €20 for advertising. So he will pay VAT on €80.

Will you invoice the 20% separately for each sale, or in total at the end of the month?

You will be charged whenever the entrepreneur requests a withdrawal and the account will be closed until then.
